Holding a dual degree of Bachelors of Laws & Science from University of Queensland, Kirk is able to apply scientific methodologies to the evidence at hand, as well as a process of sound social science to his legal strategies. Kirk also has good chemistry with the local professional community, as evidenced through his engagement with educational initiatives and his mentorship of younger lawyers. He maintains strong stakeholder relationships and is an active member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance (ALA).

Special Interests
Kirk grew up in the rural Northern NSW town of Ballina. After graduating from Year 12, he moved to Brisbane to commence his studies where he obtained his dual degree of Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland.
When asked about what he likes most about working at Murphy's Law he says 'It's great to be work alongside a sociable yet incredibly hardworking team".
Kirk likes to consider himself as a bit of an outdoors guy (or in his own words, “a mixture of Russell Coight and Crocodile Dundee”). Most weekends you will find him surfing, snorkelling, fishing or camping around South East Qld and Northern NSW. He also likes to keep fit, perform renovations on his first home and fancies himself as a bit of a chef!
