Background

Phillip grew up in South East Queensland.  He often clarified documents and discussions for his family from a young age.  He finds meaning in understanding others and advocating on their behalf.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology.

Throughout the duration of his studies, Phillip worked at a local suburban law practice and this is where he discovered his passion for personal injury law and serving the community.

Area of Expertise

Phillip has a special interest in representing injured claimants who are self-employed ABN holders.

He has significant experience practicing at small, medium and large personal injury law firms and enjoys utilising his broad skillset and experience to provide appropriate legal solutions for clients from all walks of life.

Phillip loves working with the team at Murphy's Law, sharing in his passion for helping people in need and being actively encouraged to put his client's interests at the forefront of his mind each and every day.

Special Interests

Phillip also understands that cultural and language barriers can present challenges or hesitancies for those who are seeking access to their legal entitlements.  Phillip speaks fluent Vietnamese.  He takes great pride in representing claimants from different cultural backgrounds or who speak English as a second language.

Outside of work, Phillip enjoys following American Football, and Formula One racing.  Most weekends you will find him at the gym, running or putting in as many laps as he can on a racing simulator!
