Monique Andreazza is an award-winning, dedicated Associate at Murphy's Law Accident Lawyers, where she spends her days advocating for her clients financially and emotionally during times of need.
It’s a role she loves, carefully and methodically navigating the complexities of the Queensland justice system and insurance law regulations.
A dedicated and compassionate lawyer boasting experience in Queensland and NSW, Monique’s career is characterised by choosing justice over injustice for members of her community. While taking time off to start her young family – and recognising a failing of the criminal justice system – Monique worked as a volunteer justice advocate for vulnerable people with cognitive impairments.
Monique is also a member of the firm’s File Acceleration Team. In that role, she works with other members of the team to engage with the firm’s systems, software, knowledge management, and training processes, pursuing better outcomes for clients whilst maintaining uncompromised client service.

Special Interests
Previously, Monique volunteered her time to work pro-bono for victims' rights, as well as support for people with cognitive disabilities in contact with the legal system. Outside of work, she is also active in events and training sessions through a number of professional associations, including Queensland Law Society and Queensland Young Lawyers. She is also one of the original founding members of Northside Young Lawyers, an affiliation she and her colleagues created to engage young lawyers on Brisbane’s northside.
Outside of work Monique enjoys spending time with her young family, exploring the great outdoors and discovering new places.
