"Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value" - Albert Einstein

Background

Monique Andreazza is an award-winning, dedicated Associate at Murphy's Law Accident Lawyers, where spends her days helping injured clients recover physically, financially, and emotionally from life-altering events.

It’s a role she loves, carefully and methodically navigating the complexities of the Queensland justice system and the laws that heavily regulate injury claims in Queensland. Diligently capturing her clients’ losses, extracting critical information from expert and lay witnesses, and meaningfully negotiating with insurers to maximise client outcomes, are just some of the challenges that draw Monique to her role.

A dedicated and compassionate lawyer boasting experience in Queensland and NSW, Monique’s career is characterised by her choosing justice over injustice for members of her community. Most recently Monique stood tall to represent clients who were seriously vaccine injured, giving advice to hundreds of people in their pursuit of life-changing damages under the Federal Government’s Vaccine Injury Scheme. While taking time off to start her young family – and recognising a failing of the criminal justice system – Monique worked as a volunteer justice advocate for vulnerable people with cognitive impairments.

In her role, Monique has developed skills stretching across many different accident and claim types, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, health system failings and public place accidents. Monique is also a member of the firm’s File Acceleration Team. In that role, she works with other members of the team to engage with the firm’s systems, software, knowledge management, and training processes, pursuing better outcomes for clients whilst maintaining uncompromised client service.
