Nadine Woldseth
Background
With more than 27 years’ law experience, Nadine is an absolute asset to Murphy's Law Accident Lawyers. Experienced and caring beyond what clients and colleagues could only dream of, for nearly three decades she's helped hundreds of people during the toughest periods of their lives.
Along with Special Counsel Jed McNamara, Nadine has the kind and caring nature needed to guide people through the emotional and legal complexities of sensitive areas of the law. Her empathy is matched only by her expertise. One of Nadine's career highlights is having helped train and grow a team of more than 100 staff nationally in this specific field, supporting more than 400 survivors in their pursuit for rightful justice.
Her personal motto, “Firm for the fight,” perfectly reflects her dedication to standing by clients through every challenge.
Originally from New South Wales (and proudly so... even come State of Origin), Nadine comes from a big family, from whom she learned compassion early in life. Growing up with a wheelchair-bound cousin, and watching her mother care for her father through 20 years of Parkinson’s disease, Nadine's joy in helping others has been integral to her sense of values through her life experiences.
This means: extending empathy and patience to the people around her, remembering kindness, and rightfully applying a measured amount of confidence to make a difference.
What do you enjoy most about working at Murphy’s Law?
“From the moment you step into Murphy’s Law Accident Lawyers, the whole team makes you feel so immensely welcome and cared for. Like we all have each other’s backs. There is no doubt in my mind that this feeling given by all staff is also reciprocated to their clients. This is clearly why they are so highly regarded in their field. It’s the people who make Murphy’s what it is.”
What do you enjoy most about helping clients?
“I enjoy helping each individual client and the new experience each new claim brings. I love getting to know my clients and working with them to achieve the best possible outcome.
One of my proudest moments was when a boss said that my empathy towards clients was second to none. I said... that just came with age and experience! But he told me: ‘No, you can’t teach empathy, you either have it or you don’t.’ It was a very pivotal moment for me in my career.
