Matt Jansen
Background
Matt Jansen knows a thing or two about teamwork, pressure and performance. Diligent, driven and dedicated, he takes pride in doing the hard work required to achieve the best possible outcome. Whether he's coaching cricket, managing a touch football team or supporting colleagues and clients, Matt enjoys working with people, solving problems and contributing to positive results.
Matt values being part of a collaborative team and enjoys the variety that comes with working in a legal environment. He is committed to continually developing his skills, taking on new challenges and providing dependable support to both colleagues and clients.
Before beginning his legal career with Murphy’s Law as a Law Clerk, Matt gained experience in a multifaceted role that combined finance, administration, marketing and client service, where no two days were the same. From managing trust accounts and finances to overseeing marketing, advertising, social media and client relationships, he developed the attention to detail, organisation and practical problem-solving skills that serve him well in the legal world today.

Special Interests
Outside the office, Matt is sports-obsessed. If it's got a scoreboard, chances are he's watching it.
His interests span everything from NRL, to and cricket to Formula 1 (he previously worked for a business that matched buyers and sellers of high end or unique sports, racing and classic cars). Matt’s not just a spectator though, he's just as likely to be engaged where the action is, he coaches cricket at local high school for secondary students, manages and plays in a touch football team, enjoys travelling and skiing, and has recently ventured into racehorse ownership.
Safe to say, sitting still isn't really Matt’s thing.
