Background
As a Law Clerk at Murphy’s Law Accident Lawyers, Juliette plays an active role in supporting the team with the day-to-day progression of matters, legal administration and client communication. She enjoys the fast-paced and detail-focused nature of personal injury law and values being part of a team that helps clients navigate what can often be a difficult and overwhelming period in their lives.
Juliette brings a diverse professional background and has worked across a range of industries and client-facing environments. Through these experiences, she has developed strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to connect with people from different backgrounds. Her previous experience as a paralegal further strengthened her interest in the legal profession and the important role lawyers and support staff play in guiding clients through complex processes.
Studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Bachelor of Business at QUT, majoring in International Business, Juliette has a particular interest in international law. Juliette’s interest in advocacy and supporting others has also been shaped by experiences outside the workplace. Drawing on her lived experience, she has contributed as a panelist at a domestic violence conference, participating in important discussions surrounding domestic and family violence, advocacy and the importance of ensuring people feel heard and supported when navigating challenging circumstances.
She has also participated in a summer program at the University of Cambridge, broadening her academic and international perspective. These experiences have reinforced her understanding of the importance of empathy, advocacy and meaningful support when people are navigating difficult circumstances, values she brings to her work in personal injury law.
Juliette is passionate about building a career in law that allows her to work with and support people when they need it most. She looks forward to continuing to learn and grow as a young legal professional while making a positive difference as part of the Murphy’s Law team.
