Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.

Background

Natalie Holmes is Practice Manager for Murphy’s Law Accident Lawyers, holding more than 20 years’ operational experience in the legal sector, along with multidisciplinary expertise in business, human resources, frontline management, first aid, mental health, and social responsibility.

Natalie is acutely aware that, by driving the core values and key objectives of Murphy’s Law Accident Lawyers, the rising tides of our firm will, in turn, float the broader community’s knowledge of their rights and abilities to obtain equal access to fair outcomes – in whatever form that may be. Aside from practice management, Natalie uplifts our firm’s human resources, training, relationships with external suppliers and service providers, and helps develop our increasingly seamless project and case management systems.

Used to operating in fast-paced, agile environments, Natalie wears the “many hats” approach that a Practice Manager in a firm like Murphy’s Law needs… with ease! She credits her values of diplomacy, adaptability, and professionalism as being among the lynchpins needed to develop and uplift our passionate team members, as well as external stakeholders alike.

While prioritising many aspects of the firm with efficient oversight, Natalie is conversely hands-on when necessary, supporting everyone with sensitivity, compassion, and optimism. She doesn’t neglect her own metamorphisation though, always keen to expand her knowledge and skills through her own personal and professional growth. Natalie loves collaboration, and deeply values the importance of continued training, career development avenues, and team mentorship.

Prior to being Practice Manager at Murphy’s Law Accident Lawyers, her diverse sector-based background included roles such as Practice Support Coordinator, Lead Legal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Paralegal, and Legal Secretary at various law firms. On top of this, Natalie spent eight years as the COO of a franchise group operating nine Coffee Club locations, where she honed her leadership and team management skills.

Just in case you thought Natalie couldn’t multitask anymore… she is also completing a Bachelor of Business, with Majors in Human Resources and Management!
