Monique Andreazza, Associate at boutique, multi award-winning firm Murphy’s Law Accident Lawyers, was today named as a Future Legal Leader by Australasian Lawyer.

This distinguished recognition showcases young stars from the Australian and New Zealand legal profession who have demonstrated commitment to their careers, clear passion for their work, and the manifestation of outstanding outcomes evidenced throughout the previous 12-month period.

Monique was nominated for her extraordinary enthusiasm and remarkable accomplishments in the practise of law, particularly her work associated with the Federal Government’s COVID-19 Vaccine Injury Scheme.

This recognition acknowledged her contribution to the firm’s Vaccine Injury Team, which navigated the uncharted waters of what was then a completely new and continually evolving area of law.

Since the inception of the Scheme, Murphy’s Law Accident Lawyers has helped almost a thousand injured vaccine participants, and Monique was instrumental in developing a sophisticated internal assessment and evidence gathering framework, unique to Murphy’s Law.

The submission also demonstrably showcased Monique’s passion for making a real difference in people's lives.

For example, while taking time to start her family Monique continued to serve the legal profession and her community as a volunteer Justice Advocate for criminal defendants with cognitive impairments – an experience that only deepened her commitment to helping people in times of need.

Monique believes that much change can come from within the profession simply by being completely dedicated to helping clients.

Her experience has taught her that mentoring others to do the same and to excel within their roles can lead to advancements across the broader legal profession.

The win comes as Murphy’s Law Accident Lawyers continues to mark its tenth year of operation, a milestone underscored by a string of achievements, including prestigious awards, a flawless five-star Google review rating, and outstanding settlement outcomes.

It also comes off the back of fellow Murphy’s Law Accident Law Associate Kirstie Watts being recently named as the overall national winner in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards for Health, Medical and Personal Injury.

On Friday, Murphy’s Law Accident Lawyers' Chris McManus (Principal) and Chris McMahon (Special Counsel), both Queensland Law Society Accredited Personal Injury Law Specialists, were named among the top 5 per cent of legal professionals in the country in the 18th edition of The Best Lawyers in Australia.
